Edy recently helped us sell a vacation property we held for 14 years about two hours from our primary residence near Pittsburgh.
She assisted us with establishing an initial listing price. After one nominal price reduction, we were able to find a buyer for the property at near asking price. After accepting the buyer's offer, Edy was very instrumental in assisting both the (out of town) buyer and us with obtaining the various inspections - home, well, septic, radon, pest - and subsequently even a radon remediation specialist.
